I forgot to show you a picture of the Cauliflower Joanne roasted in the oven last Saturday in Greyton. We purchased it from the vegetable man at the Greyton Saturday market and it was so fresh. I’ve never ever tasted Cauliflower so good.

Need to go back to Greyton to get some more

This week I took off as much time as possible to chill with Angelina as she was on school holidays. I did get a lot of work done on the Road Sign Series in the mornings as teenagers like to sleep in late when they are on holiday.

I am launching the Road Sign Series on Sunday 31st of July @ 3pm at Hout Bay Gallery – See you there.

Angelique started her sales course with Get Smarter and The University of Cape Town. Hold on to your horses.

It’s cold in Cape Town this week, like England weather, but I like it.

Joanne and I started our running again on Tuesday. We want to get our summer bodies in shape in time for summer. We have both been a tad sick for the last 2 weeks, but we nailed it and got it done. We ran 5 days in total this week but this morning’s run on the beach was tough.

On Wednesday morning I set up my online shop on Shopify to accept Crypto Currency which is quite exciting. So now you can buy my art and merchandise with your Crypto. Imagine a Richard Scott 100 x 100cm Acrylic PRICE: 1 Bitcoin. I even purchased my own Bitcoin to test the sight.

Wednesday afternoon, Selwyn Eagle invited me to do a new print for Gaynor Rupert’s annual Ladies Golf Invitation charity. Here is the print. I will only be editioning these to 65 – one for each of the guests and one large one to raise funds for Gaynor’s charitable cause. The series is an edition of 4 seasons, Summer, Autumn, Spring and Winter. This one is the Winter Edition in Blue.

My Winter Round. 86 x 61cm Giclee Print

Wednesday night Angelina had a friend over, Jess, and we made homemade Pizzas. Joanne and I decided on Olives and Artichoke and the kids did, well what kids do, one of everything. They were all delicious. Angelina is an amazing cook.

Joanne and I cooked some Norwegian salmon under the grill on Thursday night and it was yummy as usual. The whole week we went to bed real early, like 8pm to try and get back into routine.

Friday morning, I went to go see a therapist and it was refreshing. She is going to help me unpack and repack. You know the drill. I’ll keep you guys in the loop on my progress. It’s currently Friday afternoon and as I type this, Joanne is on the couch doing some retail therapy on Superbalist. We took her BMW in to get all the scratches fixed that I have caused over the last 2 years. As you might know I don’t own a car and use her car to travel when I don’t ride my Vespa.

Saturday I was teaching Joanne how to wire a plug and I have simple recipe: There are normally two wires on a cable/plug: a blue and a brown one. Take the second letter of each colour of the wires and that’s the side it goes to bLue for Left and bRown for Right.

Joanne calls me McGuyver

Were busy making Sunday lunch which ended up being a beef stew as it’s cold. Chad came for lunch and ended up eating all the meat out of the stew – thanks Chad it must have been really good- kids!!

I have started a weekly Instagram Question and Answers Reel on one of my art pieces each week. Tomorrow I will answer questions on the “Break Glass Box” piece. Enjoy!

Check into Instagram tomorrow to see why I create dthis piece.

Until Next Week.
